You will need to complete the form below to refer a property owner to Affinity Management. REFERRAL PROGRAM RULES 1. Complete the form. Incomplete forms will not be considered for payment. 2. Real estate agents, brokers & existing Affinity Management property owners are welcome to participate in the referral program. 3. Once a management agreement AND rental agreement is signed, and a security deposit is received from the tenant, Affinity Management will send you the $250 referral fee to the address provided in the form. PLEASE NOTE: Property with an existing tenant is not eligible for a referral payout. 4. Referral form must be submitted & received by Affinity Management prior to our initial contact with the property owner. 5. Affinity Management has the right to terminate, suspend or modify referral program at any time without notice.
